Managing Veterinarian (MDVM)
to guide our skilled team and provide exceptional, compassionate care in a state-of-the-art facility.
What We Offer
$50K sign-on bonus + profit-sharing bonuses Prosal compensation | Base range: $140K–$150K (commensurate with experience) Flexible scheduling for real work-life balance Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k) Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays State licensure and DEA fees fully covered

Your Role
Inspire and mentor a team of doctors and techs Deliver high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care Foster meaningful relationships with pets and their families Lead by example in client communication and patient care
Qualifications
DVM or equivalent from an accredited university Active Illinois veterinary license (or ability to obtain) Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills A commitment to compassionate, high-quality veterinary care
