Job Description:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing within the software industry.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in contract negotiation with software vendors.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable cost savings terms and conditions with vendors.
- Proficiency in using procurement tools and technologies. Such as Oracle, Apptus, and Tableau.
- Ability to quickly assimilate into existing processes and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Proven competence in understanding complex software landscapes and business requirements.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Professional certifications, like Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Software Asset Manager (CSAM), can be advantageous.
