This role is categorized as hybrid and is eligible for relocation benefits. About the Team: The Human Interface Design team at GM focuses on inventing, designing, and delivering software experiences in vehicles and across apps and websites. About the Role: Lead producers enable operational frameworks, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and oversee workflows to deliver exceptional user experiences. Responsibilities include collaboration, storytelling, portfolio presentation, and leadership of 8-10 team members. Qualifications: 10+ years in program and project management within software design teams. Experience with software applications, websites, and possibly in mobility and in-car industries. Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills. Compensation:
Salary ranges from $158,500 to $242,900, with bonus potential and benefits. GM does not provide immigration sponsorship for this role. About GM
