Hybrid:
Reporting to a specific location where work needs to be performed and collaboration should happen, regardless of where a candidate lives. Some employees may work hybrid, being onsite three days per week at GM Global Technical Center, Sunnyvale Technical Center, or Austin Innovation Center. This role is categorized as hybrid and is eligible for relocation benefits. About the Team: The Human Interface Design team at GM focuses on inventing, designing, and delivering software experiences in vehicles and across apps and websites. About the Role: Lead producers enable operational frameworks, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and oversee workflows to deliver exceptional user experiences. Responsibilities include collaboration, storytelling, portfolio presentation, and leadership of 8-10 team members. Qualifications: 10+ years in program and project management within software design teams. Experience with software applications, websites, and possibly in mobility and in-car industries. Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills. Compensation:
Salary ranges from $158,500 to $242,900, with bonus potential and benefits. GM does not provide immigration sponsorship for this role. About GM
