NP/PA - Urgent Care This is an excellent opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a respected healthcare team in a fast-paced urgent care setting. New graduates are welcome to apply for this position that offers significant autonomy and the chance to practice at the top of your licensure. Job Details: 0.9 FTE position with starting bonus and retention bonuses available Sites of service will be Virginia, Duluth, and Superior, Wisconsin Utilizes advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills Works independently and in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals Provides comprehensive healthcare with emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention Fast-paced, acute walk-in care setting with 1:1 provider to staff ratio Excellent team environment with high level of autonomy Desired skills include suturing, orthopedic care, positive attitude, and innovation Ideal candidate will have experience in Urgent Care or Family Medicine Shifts: 9am-8pm Monday-Friday; 8am-6pm Saturday-Sunday Schedule: 10-hour days, every third weekend Requires Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing or Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies Current NP/PA licensure in Minnesota and Wisconsin required Current CPR certification and national certification in applicable area required Position requires high level of customer service skills Compensation: Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Additional compensation may be available in the form of bonuses, quality incentives, and production-based compensation.
