Project Architect

Responsibilities: Design Development:
Collaborate with the team to create and revise Conceptual Design Packages, moving through Design Development into a complete set of Construction Documents. Project Execution:
Ensure the smooth progress of projects by producing deliverables such as Design Development Progress Sets, Construction Document Sets, Fee Estimates, and Project Schedules. Construction Support:
Assist the General Contractor during the construction phase by providing timely responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) and ensuring construction administration runs smoothly. Project Coordination:
Work closely with clients, contractors, building officials, engineers, and other stakeholders to maintain strong communication and deliver projects on time and within budget. Innovation & Problem Solving:
Bring creativity and problem-solving skills to address design challenges while keeping a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes. Qualifications: Experience in architectural design and project management. Strong ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment. Effective communication skills to coordinate with various project stakeholders. Familiarity with Construction Administration processes, including responding to RFIs and assisting in the overall construction phase.
