Your key responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough cosmetic inspections of vehicles, identifying enhancements needed to make them customer-ready and impressive.
• Repair and replace small plastic and other parts to ensure vehicle functionality and aesthetics.
• Perform paint retouching, post-paint finishing, waxing, and buffing to restore vehicles to pristine condition.
• Uphold CarMax’s high standards of safety and organization while working efficiently.

What you need to succeed:

• Experience in automotive detailing, including tasks such as washing, waxing, sanding, and minor repairs, is preferred.
• Strong manual dexterity with the physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods, as well as lift heavy objects.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• A valid driver's license is essential.
