Local Travel Medical/Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) Location:

Winston-Salem, North Carolina Contract Length:

Medical/Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN)

for a

local travel contract

in

Job Description: Provide high-quality nursing care to patients on a

Medical/Surgical/Telemetry (MST)

unit

Monitor and interpret telemetry data for patients with acute conditions

Perform assessments, administer medications, and implement individualized care plans

Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care

Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and post-hospital care

Maintain accurate and timely documentation following hospital standards and best practices

Minimum Requirements: 2 years of recent Medical/Surgical/Telemetry nursing experience

Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced hospital setting

Licensure & Certifications: Active RN license in the state of North Carolina (or compact license)

BLS (Basic Life Support)

ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
