Anoka-Hennepin School District . Position: Part-Time - Casual hours as needed. Responsibilities: Provide general supervision of buildings for district and community use during non-school hours (after school hours, evenings, weekends, holidays, and non-school days) to ensure safety and order. Supervise non-school events, community use, rental events, and activities, ensuring areas are locked or unlocked appropriately. Assist the public with information, directions, and other assistance as needed. Operate audio/visual equipment and computers as necessary. Perform other related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. At least one year of relevant work experience. Must be physically present in the building/on-site. Ability to provide supervision and access oversight. Good interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules. Regular attendance and punctuality. Ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with building management or supervision. Familiarity with district facilities. Previous experience with community school activities. CPR/First Aid/AED certification (preferred). Emergency management training or experience (preferred).
