- Fellowship: facility needs a provider that has a focus on female urology and pelvic floor reconstruction Skills Required

- No hospital privileges required for submission, but privileges are needed for call and procedures
- Support Staff: 2 RNs, 8 MAs, 1 PA/NP, 1 Office Staff
- No supervision of APPs or residents required
