Integrity Locums
Coverage Needed:
- September 15, 2025 - Ongoing
- Day Shift: Standard 5, Day (8 Hours) 9:00 - 17:00
- One 24-hour call in 7 days (could be any day of the week)
- Two 8-hour clinic days per week (Monday-Friday)
Clinical Details:
- (95% OB, 5% GYN)
- EMR: eClinicalWorks
- Support Staff: 5 other OB providers, Midwife support, LPN, MA, Receptionist, and other Doctors available for assistance
- 14 patients, per day, appt every 30 minutes
- Patient population: Teenagers & Adults
- 1500 deliveries per year
Requirements:
- Board Certification in Obstetrics/Gynecology
- Active New York State License
- DEA
- Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days
- Local provider preferred
