Large top-tier law firm seeks Administrative Manager to work out of its Century City or Downtown LA office. Position works 4 days in the office and one at home. The Administrative Manager manages teams and resources and is responsible for all support functions in designated California offices. Manager will plan office events (onsite and offsite), manage events budgets, and facilitate community outreach programs - will also partner with internal parties and external resources. In addition, manager will conduct new hire orientations, coordinate training, and facilitate on-boarding of both attorneys and business professionals. Firm requires advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite as well as in planning, allocating and reconciling an operations budget and advanced knowledge of office administration and services procedures and practices, preferably in a legal environment. Firm prefers a Bachelors Degree and at least 5 years of management experience as well as at least 5 years of experience in a professional services or legal environment.
