Administrative Manager – Century City Office

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to oversee the daily operations of assigned departments and manage legal secretaries for our local offices. This role reports to the Director of Business Operations and will be based in our Century City location.

Key Responsibilities: Manage team(s) and resources responsible for all support functions in designated California offices; set goals, monitor performance, and ensure continuous professional development. Administer firmwide initiatives and operations at the local level, including office implementations, projects, programs, and events. Oversee budget control and maintenance for areas of responsibility. Plan and manage office events (onsite and offsite), including event budgets and community outreach programs. Partner with internal departments and external resources. Manage administrative operations and services for assigned offices, including client support services, office services, and facilities. Conduct new hire orientations, coordinate training, and support onboarding for attorneys and business professionals. Manage vendor relationships for administrative operations. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across multiple offices. Ensure compliance with local rules, regulations, and best practices. Work beyond scheduled hours as required. Handle other related projects as necessary.

Proficiencies: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong experience in planning, allocating, and reconciling an operations budget. In-depth knowledge of office administration, records management, and facilities operations—preferably in a legal or professional services environment. Understanding of reception procedures and practices. Advanced knowledge of legal office terminology and procedures.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (strongly preferred) or equivalent professional work experience. Minimum 5 years of management experience (preferred). Minimum 7 years of experience in work process and procedure improvement (preferred). Minimum 7 years of experience in a professional services or legal environment (required).
