DUTIES: Develop strategies to drive continuous improvement on business processes.
Execute projects to accomplish value improvement objectives. Facilitate training and workshops to accomplish strategic objectives. Mentor, Coach of stakeholders at all levels of the organization to transform culture. Develop systems and tools to sustain value improvement efforts and results Support functional departments to optimize their workforce.
This is a hands-on position and does not manage employees.
May require to travel/telecommute.
REQUIREMENTS: Employer requires a Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related technical field plus 24 months experience in job offered, Operation Excellence Lead, Business Consulting Manager or related occupation. Experience must include: 1) BSC Internal Proprietary Essentials Models, 2) Lean Manufacturing, 3) Six Sigma, 4) Project Management, 5) Kaizen, 6) Statistical Analysis, 7) Value Stream Mapping, 8) Implementation of problem solving and process improvement methodologies (DMAIC, PDCA, SMED, 5S), 9) Change Management, and 10) Process characterization and process design, SPC and DOE.

SALARY:
From $97,843 per year
