Job Summary: The Project Manager will collaborate closely with the Enterprise Integrated Marketing (EIM) team to drive the successful execution and delivery of marketing initiatives across multiple business units, including Enterprise, Business Insurance, Bond & Specialty Insurance, and Personal Insurance Marketing. This role is crucial to ensuring seamless integration within the EIM team, driving successful end-to-end execution and delivery of high volume, fast paced, medium-to-high complexity projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership & Execution:
Drive the day-to-day project management for a variety of marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless communication and integration between EIM team members, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders. Responsible for the development and active management of project plans and timelines in close partnership with channel leads, working teams, and stakeholders. Effectively manage resources to meet project timelines, delivering marketing initiatives on time and upholding quality standards. Establish and maintain clear objectives, deliverables, and deadlines, ensuring adherence while adapting to changing project needs. Ensure timely completion of marketing projects while remaining flexible and finding solutions within the timeline to still meet agreed upon major milestones. Proactively identify potential risks or challenges to project success and develop mitigation strategies to address them. Escalate issues as necessary to leadership and drive solutions to keep projects on track.
