Job Summary:
The Project Manager will collaborate closely with the Enterprise Integrated Marketing (EIM) team to drive the successful execution and delivery of marketing initiatives across multiple business units, including Enterprise, Business Insurance, Bond & Specialty Insurance, and Personal Insurance Marketing. This role is crucial to ensuring seamless integration within the EIM team, driving successful end-to-end execution and delivery of high volume, fast paced, medium-to-high complexity projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.
The Project Manager has intermediate-level project management skills, enabling them to lead a diverse portfolio of projects from initiation through to completion. With limited supervision, this role will oversee all aspects of project planning, resource coordination, risk management, and cross-functional team alignment, ensuring the successful execution of integrated marketing initiatives across all channels, including creative, digital, print, video, media, and more. This role is ideal for an experienced project manager who thrives in a fast-paced marketing environment and is eager to drive the successful execution of impactful marketing initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
• 2 years of project management experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5 years of project management experience within an advertising or marketing setting
• Experience managing others and/or project teams.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CSM).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex project schedules and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of creative development, digital marketing, omnichannel planning, and program management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate project goals and progress to a variety of stakeholders.
• Experience with project management software/tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Workfront is the preferred platform).
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.
