What You Will Be Doing:
As the Software Engineering Staff you will be responsible for planning, conducting, and coordinating software development activities. Your responsibilities will include:
Analyze system capabilities to resolve questions of program intent, requirements, and program techniques.
Identify and correct program errors
Prepare operating instructions, and compile documentation
Applying appropriate standards, procedures, and tools to development solutions to ensure software standards are met
This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.
You will need to be a , and be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Basic Qualifications
Knowledge and experience coding in C++
Knowledge and experience coding using SQL
Familiarly with RedHat - Linux OS
Knowledge of writing scripts - Bash, Python
Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline
Desired Skills
Experience coding with Java or JavaScript
Experience in creating Ansible playbook
Knowledge of Integration Maintenance Information System (IMIS)
CompTIA Security+ Certificate

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $109,200 - $192,510. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered:
Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
