As a Community Outreach Representative, you’ll be a key voice of our organization in the community. You’ll help build relationships, raise awareness, and support events that drive real social impact. This role combines
grassroots outreach ,
event planning , and

Key Responsibilities Represent our organization at local events, educational workshops, and community awareness campaigns Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, nonprofits, residents, and volunteers Assist in organizing and executing
fundraising events ,
volunteer initiatives , and
public advocacy efforts Clearly communicate the organization’s mission, programs, and services to the public Coordinate event logistics including venue setup, materials distribution, and day-of support Collect and report feedback from community members to improve outreach strategies and increase impact
Qualifications A sincere passion for
community service ,
civic engagement , and social change Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with diverse audiences Ability to foster trust and build strong, meaningful connections within communities Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time across multiple tasks Self-motivated, flexible, and enthusiastic in a fast-paced, collaborative setting
