Era Living is seeking on-call Floor Nurses (LPN/RN) to join our care team within the Memory care unit at Ida Culver House Broadview, a beautiful retirement community in North Seattle, WA.

Ida Culver House Broadview is conveniently located near bus lines and offers ample, free street parking nearby.

Primary Responsibilities:

The Floor Nurse will assess residents, implement healthcare services, and collaborate with the Terrace Manager and Community Health Director to promote health and monitor residents.

Skills and Qualifications:

Effective communication with residents living with dementia and their families

Resident and family education skills

Proficiency with computers (Word, spreadsheets, email, internet)

Professional and positive representation of Era Living

Ability to interpret instructions in various formats

Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)

Ability to pass DSHS background check

Education and Experience:

Graduate of Nursing School (LPN or RN)

Ability to complete Modified Fundamentals of Caregiving

At least two years of experience working with older adults

Capability to perform skilled nursing tasks for older adults

Completion of Caregiver Mental Health and Dementia training

Current CPR certification

Food Handler’s Certificate (or ability to obtain within 14 days of hire)
