Overview

Receptionist role at Era Living. Location: Ida Culver House Broadview Community, North Seattle, WA. This full-time position supports the Administration team with front desk duties and resident/visitor interaction.

Base pay range

$20.76/hr - $22.76/hr

$20.76 - $22.76 per hour | Discounted Staff Meals!

Primary responsibilities

  • Answers phones and ensures the main console is attended at all times
  • Greets visitors and residents and guides them appropriately
  • Ensures that all standards and job functions for the front desk are followed
  • Responds to all emergency situations
  • Completes clerical support duties when assigned

  • Performs additional clerical tasks as assigned

Required knowledge, skills, and abilities

  • Clear and appropriate communication with residents, families, care-team members, staff, volunteers, and visitors
  • Ability to handle multiple duties simultaneously
  • Computer proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Data entry and accuracy
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
  • Ability to pass DSHS background check (required)

Education and experience

  • 6 months of reception experience preferred
  • Current certification (or willingness to obtain) in First Aid and CPR
