Duties:
Represent clients in insurance coverage litigation and related disputes
Draft legal documents, including briefs, memoranda, and correspondence
Conduct legal research and analysis on insurance-related issues
Participate in discovery and case strategy development
Manage deadlines and deliver high-quality written work under time constraints
Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients on complex litigation matters
Requirements:
2 to 5 years of complex litigation experience
Prior experience in insurance coverage or bad faith litigation (preferred but not required)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Admission to practice in the District of Columbia
Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Certifications:
Licensed and in good standing with the District of Columbia Bar
Skills:
