About the Role

The Company is in search of a visionary and execution-oriented Vice President of Product to lead the development and scaling of its product portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and driving the multi-year product strategy, identifying new opportunities, and prioritizing roadmap investments. This role requires a leader with a proven track record in developing and scaling B2B SaaS products, particularly in regulated or compliance-driven industries, and a deep understanding of structured product discovery and innovation practices. The VP of Product will also be expected to champion a culture of experimentation, lead cross-functional planning, and ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of product initiatives. Applicants for the VP of Product position at the company should have at least 10 years of product management experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic thinking, pragmatic execution, and exceptional communication and collaboration skills. Experience in the payments, marketplace, or digital advertising space is highly valued. The role demands a high level of integrity and a passion for the company's mission of making the internet and payment ecosystems safer. A Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field is required, with an MBA or advanced degree being a plus. The VP of Product will also be expected to stay abreast of regulatory trends, competitive dynamics, and ecosystem shifts, and to serve as a thought partner in go-to-market efforts.
