As a 3rd year pharmacy intern, you will play a pivotal role in our pharmacy team, delivering our purpose while demonstrating authentic care for our patients.
Your Responsibilities: Under the guidance of a licensed pharmacist, you will ensure a safe and effective retail pharmacy environment, focusing on:
- Patient Safety
- Pharmacy Professional Practice

- Workflow Management (excluding final prescription verification)

Education: You must be currently enrolled or accepted into an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
Required Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an ACPE accredited pharmacy program.
- No prior experience required; 0-3 years of relevant work experience preferred.
- Ability to possess or be in process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure.
- Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.
- Ability to meet regular attendance requirements, including nights and weekends.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift, scan, and bag items weighing up to 20 lbs.
- Good finger dexterity and visual acuity for tasks such as transcribing and reading.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Eligible for immunization administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Once you meet the state regulations, pharmacy interns are encouraged to provide patient immunizations, which is a vital function of pharmacists.
Pay Range: The typical pay range for this role is $18.00 - $42.00.
