As a Prep Cook, your work sets the pace for the entire kitchen. You'll keep ingredients prepped, workstations stocked, and recipes ready to roll for our line cooks and chefs.
Your responsibilities include:
- Following daily prep lists to keep the kitchen organized and on schedule
- Washing, chopping, marinating, and portioning fresh ingredients
- Measuring ingredients and seasonings accurately for recipes
- Labeling, dating, and stocking ingredients for easy access
- Assisting with basic cooking tasks like reducing sauces, parboiling, or assembling salads
- Keeping prep stations and equipment clean, sanitized, and well-stocked
- Adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards
- Assisting with other kitchen tasks as needed to keep service flowing

Qualifications:
- Previous prep or kitchen experience preferred but not required-we'll train the right person
- Ability to follow recipes and prep lists with accuracy
- Strong attention to cleanliness and organization
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and assist wherever needed
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
