- Cooking a wide range of menu items to spec using ovens, grills, fryers, and more
- Following recipes and portioning standards with precision
- Executing plate presentation and garnish standards for every dish
- Upholding food safety and sanitation protocols at all times
- Communicating with FOH staff to deliver timely, consistent orders
- Assisting with kitchen opening/closing procedures and dish station as needed
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen space
