We are currently seeking an Executive Pastry Chef to lead our pastry vision—driving innovation across menus and overseeing all pastry production for daily service and special events.
This position offers a comprehensive package including:
- A base salary range of $100,000 - $110,000

Qualifications:
- A spirited, enthusiastic disposition, with a commitment to team and restaurant success!
- A minimum of 3 years of culinary experience as a Pastry Chef or Pastry Sous Chef
- Strong administrative skills and prior experience managing the purchasing and scheduling aspects of a pastry department
- Experience hiring, training and mentoring an hourly BOH staff
- Ability to drive performance and results of a diverse culinary workforce
- A minimum of an Associate's degree in Baking and/or Pastry from a culinary school/university - preferred
