Our unit features 44 beds and is staffed by a committed team of 46 healthcare professionals, including registered nurses (RNs), licensed practical nurses (LPNs), nursing techs, and support staff. Key Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.- Administer medications and conduct basic med-surgical nursing procedures.- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement patient care plans.- Utilize Hoyer lifts, IVs, PEG tubes, trach care, peritoneal dialysis, and wound care as necessary.- Maintain accurate patient records within the EMR system. Patient Care Ratios: - Day Shift: One charge nurse overseeing patient RNs, LPNs, and techs (5-6 patients per RN, 10-15 patients per tech).- Night Shift: One charge nurse with patient RNs, LPNs, and techs. Qualifications: - Required: Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings.- Preferred: Background in Med-Surgical or Telemetry nursing.- Must have relevant licensure and certifications as required for the position.
