In our time of Company growth, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist
Work Location: Bradenton, Florida.
•Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
•Source qualified candidates through job boards, networking, employee referrals, and other creative sourcing methods.
•Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and timely candidate records.
•Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and evaluate candidates for fitness and qualifications.
•Coordinate interview schedules, facilitate candidate assessments, and guide the selection process.
•Extend job offers and coordinate pre-employment checks.
•Maintain a pipeline of passive candidates for future hiring needs.
•Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on time-to-fill, other KPIs.
•Represent the organization at job fairs, career events, and community outreach programs.
•Stay current on industry trends, recruitment technologies, and labor market conditions
Requirements
What you need to bring to this role:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or staffing required, healthcare or nonprofit experience preferred.
  • Typical office environment with some travel for events or off-site interviews.
  • May require occasional evening or weekend availability for job fairs or recruitment campaigns.
