Job Summary

The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for various AR and AP duties for our client located in Moreno Valley, CA Offering $21-28.00/hr. 8am-5pm, Temp to hire

Duties

  • Ability to accurately compare invoices and payments (current associate is sometimes over/underpaying)
  • Check for pricing accuracy
  • Assist with Accounts Payable department duties

Requirements

  • 2+ years of accounting and strong in Accounts Receivable
  • Proficient in QuickBooks
  • Background check and drug screen required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • High school diploma required. Associates or bachelors in accounting, business preferred
  • Strong sense of urgency
  • Organized and detail-oriented
