Junior Analyst - Records & Information Management (WWRIM)

Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organized Junior Analyst to join the Records & Information Management (RIM) Program Office team within a global enterprise. This role provides foundational support across global compliance, communications, and system operations initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong writing, presentation, and organizational skills, and is looking for long-term stability and growth within a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the RIM Center of Excellence and program operations
  • Organize and format content into PowerPoint for team presentations and quarterly global calls
  • Monitor and triage the RIM team mailbox, escalating to appropriate subject matter experts
  • Assist with scheduling team calls, managing meeting logistics, and maintaining global directories
  • Update team SharePoint sites, dashboards, and internal toolkits
  • Upload and manage documents in PowerApps (training will be provided)
  • Support internal communications and training assignment tracking
  • Help align system data across internal platforms such as SharePoint and BRAVO
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in administrative, business operations, or analyst roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good presentation and content formatting skills (especially in PowerPoint)
  • Highly organized, proactive, and dependable
  • Comfortable learning new platforms and tools (e.g., SharePoint, PowerApps)
  • No pharmaceutical industry experience required
  • RIM (Records & Information Management) experience is a nice-to-have but not required
Additional Notes
  • Must be able to commit to 3 days onsite weekly in Raritan, NJ
  • Candidate must be punctual, communicative, and self-managed
  • This is not a short-term or project-based role - longevity is expected and valued
  • Candidate will be expected to quickly integrate with a high-performing, global team
