Junior Financial Analyst

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and a solid understanding of financial principles and concepts. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and analyze financial data, reports and statements for senior management and stakeholders.
2. Monitor and analyze industry trends, economic indicators, and competitive landscapes to provide insights and recommendations.
3. Gather and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for informed decision making.
4. Prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors Degree or Associates Degree with 12 + months of experience.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
4. Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
