Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and systems, coupled with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in gathering and analyzing data, identifying business needs and opportunities, and providing insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into functional requirements and technical specifications.
Gather and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement for informed decision making.
Prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree or Associates Degree with 12 + months of experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
