Jefferson Community Health & Life (JCH&L) is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our patient-centered, team-oriented organization in Fairbury, Nebraska. This is a full-time position offering a rewarding opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care in outpatient, inpatient and emergency services, while enjoying the benefits of practicing in a close-knit rural community.

• IMMEDIATE NEED*** JCH&L is also seeking PRN physicians to help cover call in our Emergency Room. This position will also round on in-patients (3-5 census).

JCH&L is a 17-bed Critical Access Hospital with a Rural Health Clinic, offering a wide range of services including inpatient and outpatient care, emergency, surgery, diagnostics, therapy, long-term care, and home health. Qualifications

• M.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine Residency
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine (ABFM)
• Active Nebraska medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS
