Schedule: 18 days/month (includes 1 Saturday per month)

The current owner-doctor is transitioning toward retirement, offering an exceptional opportunity to step into a leadership role with eventual partnership/ownership potential. Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Excellence:
- Provide high-quality orthodontic care using advanced treatment options and state-of-the-art digital technology.
- The required knowledge to do the digital workflow that is required to support the patient's needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patients unique needs.
- Leadership & Team Development:
- Lead and mentor a dedicated clinical team, fostering a collaborative culture of excellence.
- Play an active role in maintaining and enhancing the established patient relationships during the transition phase.
- Practice Growth & Relationship Management:
- Drive patient acquisition and retention initiatives, ensuring the nurturing of long-standing patient connections.
- Engage in relationship-building with patients, dental professionals, and referral sources.
- Participate in the strategic direction and leadership of the practice, helping to shape its future trajectory.
Qualifications
- Educational & Professional Credentials:
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Completion of an accredited orthodontic residency program.
- Active California dental license with orthodontic certification.
- Experience & Expertise:
- Experience preferred with a background that includes team leadership or management aptitude.
- Some level of proven expertise with Invisalign treatments is required with a strong desire for advanced learning
- Demonstrated ability to grow and sustain a diverse patient base.
- Skills & Attributes:
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for clinical excellence and a commitment to building meaningful, long-term patient relationships.
- Ability to seamlessly integrate into an established, high-performing team environment.
