Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Excellence:
• Provide high-quality orthodontic care using advanced treatment options and state-of-the-art digital technology.
• The required knowledge to do the digital workflow that is required to support the patient's needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patients unique needs.
• Leadership & Team Development:
• Lead and mentor a dedicated clinical team, fostering a collaborative culture of excellence.
• Play an active role in maintaining and enhancing the established patient relationships during the transition phase.
• Practice Growth & Relationship Management:
• Drive patient acquisition and retention initiatives, ensuring the nurturing of long-standing patient connections.
• Engage in relationship-building with patients, dental professionals, and referral sources.
• Participate in the strategic direction and leadership of the practice, helping to shape its future trajectory.
  

Qualifications
Qualifications

• Educational & Professional Credentials:
• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Completion of an accredited orthodontic residency program.
• Active California dental license with orthodontic certification.
• Experience & Expertise:
• Experience preferred with a background that includes team leadership or management aptitude.
• Some level of proven expertise with Invisalign treatments is required with a strong desire for advanced learning
• Demonstrated ability to grow and sustain a diverse patient base.
• Skills & Attributes:
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for clinical excellence and a commitment to building meaningful, long-term patient relationships.
• Ability to seamlessly integrate into an established, high-performing team environment.
