Job Title: Dental Research Participant and Practitioner

Join ICON Strategic Solutions as a Dental Research Participant and Practitioner. This role involves ensuring study participants meet specific criteria for Oral Healthcare (OHC) research studies, reviewing research protocols, and documenting health histories and safety checks according to study-specific Case Report Forms (CRF).

1. Welcome and guide research participants through intraoral exams and dental screenings.
2. Perform intraoral exams for screening and safety assessments post-study product use.
3. Ensure participant safety during research studies.
4. Conduct visual dental screenings, including intraoral examinations, photos, bite registrations, impressions, cast models, and use of oral scanners and appliances.
5. Prepare and deliver teeth whitening trays and perform in-office whitening procedures.
6. Proficiently use the 3Shape intraoral scanner.
7. Handle operatory setup, breakdown, sterilization, and instrument cleaning.
8. Supervise dental hygienists and assistants either directly or indirectly.

Requirements:

• Active dental license and insurance.
• Part-time, as-needed role, with on-site presence or indirect oversight at Bothell, WA.
• Preferred: Clinical research experience and Good Clinical Practice training.

Additional Details:

• Position is contract-based, not full-time.

• Salary Range: $185,000 - $400,000 (varies by role and experience).
