Overview

Virginia Mason Franciscan Health (VMFH) is expanding our team and seeking a Cardiologist for a .80 FTE position located at our Edmonds (60%) and downtown Seattle (40%) locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive cardiovascular care as part of the Center for Cardiovascular Health, recognized nationally for excellence in treatment.
• Engage in teaching opportunities, including precepting medical students and residents, within a supportive learning environment.
• Participate in a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and quality enhancement using the Virginia Mason Production System.
• Work with a dedicated team of physicians, allied health providers, nurses, and support staff committed to improving patient health and well-being.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology by the American Board.
• Ability to obtain a medical license in Washington State.
• Full prescriptive authority, including DEA registration.

Benefits and Compensation

Competitive compensation model incentivizing quality care, with an hourly range of $208.00 - $264.00.
