Job Overview
This outpatient primary care position involves providing comprehensive care to veterans as part of a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include patient assessments, diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions, and promoting preventive health measures.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions.
- Provide primary care services, including disease prevention and health promotion.
- Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and specialists.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives.
- Document care and maintain accurate medical records in accordance with VA policies.
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
