General Dentist Full-Time with Leadership Track | Maryland

A well-established and growing dental practice in Maryland is seeking a full-time general dentist with 35+ years of clinical experience and a desire to grow into a leadership role. This is a great opportunity for a dedicated clinician who enjoys a collaborative team culture and is ready to step into a well-structured and high-performing setting.

Position Overview:

Schedule: MondayThursday 7am4pm, Friday 7am2pm

High-volume practice with 9,000+ active patients and consistent monthly new patient flow

Multi-specialty model with in-house support (including ortho, pedo, endo, and oral surgery)

Mix of 80% PPO and 20% FFS

Must be comfortable with a broad scope of general dentistry and patient care

DDS or DMD with active license in Maryland

Completion of a general dentistry residency preferred

Strong interpersonal skills, team orientation, and a growth mindset are essential

Looking for a motivated dentist with leadership potential

Daily guarantee typically $700$850 (negotiable)

Percentage of collections with excellent earning potential

Malpractice coverage provided
