About The Opportunity

Responsibilities
- Provide a full range of general dental services, including but not limited to:
- Comprehensive examinations and diagnoses
- Restorative procedures (fillings, crowns, bridges, inlays, onlays)
- Prosthodontics (dentures, partials)
- Endodontics (root canal therapy)
- Oral surgery (extractions)
- Periodontal treatments
- Preventative care and patient education
- Cosmetic dentistry (whitening, veneers)
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Adhere to all HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative staff.
- Participate in continuing education to stay abreast of the latest dental techniques and technologies.
- Provide exceptional patient care with a strong emphasis on patient comfort and satisfaction.
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited dental school.
- Active and unrestricted Maryland dental license.
- Current DEA registration.
- CPR certification.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of post-graduate experience preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality dentistry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency with dental software and digital imaging.
