Position Overview

This is a part-time infectious disease physician position with a focus on wound care, offering clinical satisfaction, autonomy, flexibility, and work-life balance. No nights, no call, and no weekend clinical responsibilities. Physicians will become wound management experts through training with highly qualified wound-certified trainers and fellowship directors, utilizing cutting-edge clinical technologies and modalities.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside wound care across multiple facilities.
• Conduct weekly wound rounds in skilled nursing facilities and long-term acute care hospitals.
• Utilize proprietary wound-specific EMR for real-time clinical documentation.
• Participate in a minimum of 3 weekdays per week, with full-time roles requiring 4-5 days.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the practicing state.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.

Employment Details

• Full-time (Monday-Friday, 7 am-4 pm) or part-time roles available.
• Mobile practice visiting facilities within a 40-60 mile radius.
• Visit 2-3 facilities daily, treating approximately 20-30 patients per day.
• W2 employment contract, no work visa sponsorship.
