Who They Are We have been retained by a premium distributor of high-end residential door products to identify a Regional Sales Manager for the Upper Midwest. The company is well-known for its service levels, commitment to its dealer partners, and quality. In this role, you will lead a team of 6-8 experienced field representatives to maintain and grow relationships and sales. The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of five years of experience in a 2-Step or manufacturing environment and will have a demonstrated history of delivering results in a multi-state territory. The position comes with a strong base salary and revenue sharing plan, great benefits, and a company vehicle.
What You'll Do Lead a team of sales reps Manage and grow sales across the Upper Midwest region Cultivate long-term relationships with dealers, distributors, and builder customers What You'll Need Bachelor's degree 5+ years of B2B sales experience in building materials, millwork, or construction Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite Willing to travel 50%
