We're looking for an experienced and dynamic

Events Manager

to help shape and deliver exceptional experiences that bring

Impel's brand to life . Reporting to the Director, Events, you'll play a key role in planning, producing, and executing programs that support business goals, deepen customer relationships, and elevate Impel's presence across the industry.

From major tradeshows and client activations to internal moments that celebrate our team, you'll collaborate across departments to ensure every experience is strategic, thoughtful, and on-brand. You'll also take the lead on managing Impel's merchandise strategy and online store, ensuring the right gear and gifts are where they need to be-on time and looking sharp.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Director, Events to develop and execute

Impel's experience strategy

across external and internal initiatives. Manage logistics for industry tradeshows, Impel-hosted events, and customer-facing activations-including budgeting, vendor management, travel, accommodations, and on-site execution. Collaborate with key stakeholders to define objectives, identify target audiences, and report on post-event impact. Lead internal planning meetings, pre-show trainings, and post-event debriefs to ensure alignment and execution. Partner with Marketing and Sales on communications and campaigns before, during, and after each event. Work with the Creative team to deliver high-quality signage, collateral, and branded materials. Oversee Impel's online merchandise store, including inventory management, fulfillment operations, and internal/external requests. Lead all merchandise initiatives-from sourcing and ordering to packaging, shipping, and delivery of branded swag, customer gifts, and team apparel. Support Impel's internal experience strategy, including quarterly meetings, team kickoffs, and culture-building moments. Other

Maintains confidentiality of work-related issues, records, and company information. Demonstrates a commitment to Diversity, Equity, and inclusion by treating everyone with respect and dignity, ensuring all voices are heard, and advocating change. 5-7 years of professional experience, with at least 3+ years in B2B event marketing or experiential programs. Strong track record of executing high-quality, high-impact experiences across virtual, hybrid, and in-person formats. Proven ability to navigate fast-paced environments, manage shifting priorities, and execute with precision. Experience working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, agency partners, and executive leadership. Experience managing merchandise programs and branded fulfillment logistics at scale. Strong interpersonal awareness and the ability to adapt tone, communication style, and presence to suit executive audiences, VIPs, and strategic partners. Comfortable representing Impel externally and creating a polished, professional experience for customers and internal teams alike. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about creating memorable experiences that reflect Impel's brand and values. Able to travel 4-6 times per year and manage events requiring long hours and physical stamina.
