We believe great customer service starts with great people-and we're looking for a motivated, friendly, and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team.
What You'll Do: As a CSR, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers-whether they're calling with a heating emergency or booking routine maintenance. Your job is to provide an exceptional customer experience, support our technicians in the field, and help keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy Schedule appointments for service, maintenance, and installations Dispatch technicians based on availability, location, and priority of service Follow up with customers to confirm appointments, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction Maintain accurate records in our scheduling and CRM systems Handle billing questions, warranty info, and basic troubleshooting Coordinate with technicians and other departments to resolve issues Provide administrative support as needed Requirements
Prior customer service experience (HVAC or home services industry a plus) Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Ability to remain calm and helpful under pressure Computer proficiency (experience with scheduling software preferred) A team player who's reliable, positive, and eager to learn Why Work With Us:
