Job Summary:

The Human Resources Senior Recruiter serves as the point-person for all recruiting needs and to the entire recruiting team. The Senior Recruiter contributes to the accomplishment of Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and incorporate an effective recruitment strategy. • Produce and update job specifications and descriptions. • Is the go-to point person for the recruiting team and all recruiting needs. • Be fully knowledgeable on all programs you are hiring for. • Coach, monitor and uplift your recruiting team. • Coordinate and implement recruiting initiatives. • Management of applicant tracking system (ATS). • Responsible for overseeing and answering any recruiting questions or solving any issues throughout the interview process and onboarding. • Responsible for ensuring that the applicants are quickly and efficiently moving through the hiring process in a timely manner by meeting the specified due dates. • Responsible for keeping daily communication updates between the applicants as well as the leadership team. • Responsible for reviewing and prescreening applicants in our applicant tracking system. When viewing new applicant notes are required within the system. • Discussing position requirements and fill rates. • Review and discuss pay rate approved by leadership and hours of the program. • Issue Initial assessments and review for pre-screening the results. • Coordinate and Schedule interviews. • Responsible for going over general information about benefits and assisting with basic questions involving benefit enrollment. • Other special projects as assigned. • Uses discretion to make independent decisions. • Independently managed to ensure the success of the assigned program. • Work independently to complete assigned duties and meet program specific metrics.

Key Qualifications:

• Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. • Effective oral and written communication skills. • Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work.
