Core Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to fill corporate positions across various departments. Source, screen, and interview candidates using job boards, social media, and networking channels. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create accurate job descriptions. Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidate fit. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding. Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure compliance with employment laws. Build and nurture a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Partner with marketing to enhance employer branding and promote job opportunities. Analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes and reduce time-to-fill.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in corporate recruiting or talent acquisition. Proficiency in ATS software (e.g., Workday, Taleo) and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong understanding of employment regulations and best practices.
Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and stakeholders. Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet hiring deadlines. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for tracking candidate progress. Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced corporate environment.
