In this role, you will coordinate and manage program operations while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Your responsibilities will include hiring and training staff, scheduling, coordinating activities and appointments, and maintaining meticulous records for individuals in our care.

What you will do: Facilitate individuals' integration into the community by accompanying them to recreational and social events. Monitor individuals' comfort and safety by ensuring living environments and program activities comply with safety and regulatory requirements. Intervene during instances of aggressive or inappropriate behavior, implementing established behavior plans and strategies. Provide on-call support to staff during emergencies and assist in filling shifts as necessary. Schedule: Typically Monday to Friday during the day, with some nights, weekends, and on-call responsibilities. The flexibility to adapt in a dynamic environment. An Associate's Degree in a relevant field. At least one year of experience in a similar role. CPR certification or a willingness to obtain it.
