Social Media Manager

We're looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Manager to lead the development and execution of social media initiatives across key platforms. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on storytelling, community engagement, and building brand presence in culturally relevant ways.
What You'll Do:
• Partner closely with leadership to shape and implement social media strategies that support broader marketing goals.
• Drive visibility and engagement on Instagram and TikTok through original content, influencer partnerships, and community management.
• Manage a detailed content calendar, ensuring consistency while responding quickly to trending moments and platform shifts.
• Write thoughtful, on-brand captions for both organic and paid campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
• Review and approve content from creators, ensuring all deliverables meet brand standards and timelines.
• Source and manage relationships with aligned creators and influencers, working in tandem with agency partners to track outreach and performance.
• Develop creative briefs that clearly communicate campaign goals, key messages, and audience fit to content partners.
What You Bring:
• 2-4 years of experience in social media or influencer marketing, ideally in the beauty or skincare space.
• A strong aesthetic eye and a portfolio (personal or professional Instagram/TikTok) that reflects your content sensibility.
• Solid understanding of platform best practices, algorithms, and emerging trends.
• Proficiency in managing multiple channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills-you're able to manage multiple projects and collaborate cross-functionally with ease.
