Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician Location: Conroe, Texas Department: Maintenance Shift: 3rd shift - 6:00 pm - 6:30am Employment Type: Full-Time Pay Rate: Depending on Experience (DOE)

Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Industrial Maintenance Technician to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our paper converting equipment. This role involves troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to support continuous production and minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities: Daily Operations: Troubleshoot and resolve quality check failures on product and packaging. Perform routine and preventative maintenance on industrial equipment. Diagnose mechanical failures and prioritize repairs to minimize production impact. Adjust equipment to maintain optimal performance and efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.

Technical Expertise: Read and interpret mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics. Install, align, dismantle, and repair mechanical drives, gearboxes, belts, chains, sprockets, and couplings. Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems using manuals and technical documentation. Work with packaging and palletizing equipment, conveyors, and related systems.

Qualifications: Education & Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Technical training or certification in electrical or mechanical maintenance preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in manufacturing.

Skills & Abilities: Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts. Physically able to perform tasks in challenging environments. Performance Measures: Adherence to safety, operational, and technical procedures. Equipment uptime and reliability. Quality of repairs and preventative maintenance. Attendance and responsiveness to maintenance needs. Contribution to continuous improvement initiatives.
