Job Description
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create tailored, effective recruitment strategies. Identify and engage qualified candidates through multiple sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and industry connections. Screen applicants and conduct initial interviews to evaluate their skills, experience, and alignment with the company. Coordinate interview logistics with hiring teams and ensure clear, consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Keep the applicant tracking system (ATS) updated with accurate and timely candidate information. The Successful Applicant
Workday experience is a must! At least 5 years of recruiting experience. Demonstrated ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, serving as a trusted advisor to hiring teams throughout the process Skilled at building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external search partners Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-demand environment Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a structured, methodical approach to work.
