What You'll Own & Drive:

Oversee all hotel operations with passion and precision - Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, and Sale

Set ambitious business plans and lead your team to exceed them

About You:

3+ years as a Hotel General Manager (Marriott brand experience a big plus!

Confident leading teams, shaping strategy, and inspiring performance

Service-focused and driven by delivering exceptional guest experiences

Excellent communicator and relationship builder

Organized, proactive, and results-focused

Prefer being on the floor, connecting with your team and guests - not just behind a desk
