About the Position
Dexis is recruiting a highly qualified
Program Analyst Level III-Foreign Military Sales
to support its
Foreign Military Sales (FMS)
and international program initiatives. This role is critical to advancing U.S. security cooperation objectives by ensuring effective planning, execution, and sustainment of Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) defense capabilities delivered to allied and partner nations.
This position is based in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD (hybrid) and is contingent upon contract award. Secret Required is required. Responsibilities
Track program execution, acquisition milestones, and life cycle logistics for FMS and international partner nation projects. Support planning, organization, and delivery of CBRNE defense capabilities in alignment with guidance from DASD(CBD), DSCA, DASA DEC, and Combatant Commands. Maintain accurate records of FMS cases and partner nation initiatives; support regular reporting and data analysis. Coordinate communication between JPEO-CBRND and partner nation stakeholders to assess and fulfill equipment and training needs. Assist in developing sustainment strategies, training plans, and operational concepts for partner nation capabilities. Analyze program requirements, track funding and resources, and support rapid acquisition strategies. Implement processes to monitor and safeguard acquisition-sensitive materials. Support international program planning through acquisition documentation, logistics coordination, and interagency alignment. Provide support for consequence management and technical escort operations planning in CBRNE environments. Qualifications 5 years of experience with CBRNE operations 5 years of experience in CBRNE consequence management and technical escort operations. Demonstrated ability to track program requirements, manage budgets, and deliver programmatic recommendations. Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant project management tools. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, international relations, or a related field Secret Clearance Preferred Qualifications Military background preferred. Master's degree in business, finance, international relations, or a related field
